By emailing us at info@farmfreshflowers.com, you can ask a question, make a suggestion, get any kind of help you need. Of course, we're always happy to hear from you by phone if you prefer speaking to a Customer Care Representative directly. However, if you contact us via email, you will avoid the possibility of any hold times or playing phone tag. You also have a better chance of receiving a response much quicker by email.

To call us, just dial toll free at 1-800-999-2109. Customer Care Representatives are available from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. If you want to speak with someone directly from the farm, just follow the automated phone prompts to leave a message. Don't forget to provide your name, phone number and the best time you can be reached. This helps in preventing us from playing phone tag with you.

FarmFreshFlowers.com reserves the right to substitute individual stems if that flower is not available.  We will not substitute whole bouquets.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be assessed for all orders with a California billing address (8% as of January 1st, 2013).

We pride ourselves in the high quality we put into our delivered flowers and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return your flowers if you are not completely satisfied. Just submit photos of your flowers for our records. We want you to be 100% happy with the flower bouquets sent for your special occasion or we refuse to accept your money!

Farm Fresh Flowers takes additional steps to protect the bouquets from cold inclement weather by packaging them in a bubble wrap insulation.

Farm Fresh Flowers cannot be responsible for actions caused by mother nature. For example shipments being delayed because of rain, snow, ice storms and other natural disasters causing shipment delays.

Buyer assumes the risk of sending flowers to recipients in freezing and inclement weather locations.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from Farm Fresh Flowers.

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 11AM Pacific Time ship same day for delivery the next day. If the next day happens to be a Saturday, there will be an additional $10.00 shipping charge. Orders placed after 11:00AM PST are shipped the following business day Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Friday (only for Saturday deliveries).

Farm Fresh Flowers uses FedEx shipping within the United States. We ship Monday through Thursday (Friday for Saturday deliveries only at an additional $10.00 shipping charge). Flowers will be delivered by 3:30PM on the day of delivery for ultimate freshness in most cases and to most destinations. There may be exceptions during winter months when severe weather conditions may cause delivery delays beyond our control. If you desire more rapid delivery, there is additional cost to guarantee shipment before 3:30 or for Saturday delivery and we would be happy to discuss that with you.

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
